Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Weekend Warrior and thanks for visiting. By accessing our site, you are agreeing to these terms. So please read them carefully.

Using our Site:

You may use our site and services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate your access if you don’t comply with our policies or if we are investigating alleged misconduct.

Communications:

We may send you announcements and other important information in connection with your use of our site. You may opt out of some of these communications at any time.

Privacy Protection:

All customer information will be kept confidential. However, we reserve the right to post photos and videos of your vehicle including its license plate to our social media platforms following a service. It must be stated prior to completion of the detail if you wish to remain not posted. You are not guaranteed to be posted.

Payment Method:

Payments can be made with cash, check, Zelle, PayPal, and most major credit and debit cards. All listed prices are subject to change. Prices are based upon average cost, some prices may increase or decrease depending on vehicle size, condition and other services added on. Please contact Weekend Warrior directly for accurate pricing. Checks may be made to Weekend Warrior Auto Care.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event Weekend Warrior cannot make the agreed upon appointment then a reschedule or refund of deposit will be offered. In the event a customer cannot make scheduled appointment then they may reschedule one time with no penalty as long as reschedule is made 72 hours prior to appointment. Any additional reschedules, or a reschedule made in less than 72 hours will result in 1/2 payment of scheduled service that is non-refundable before reschedule can be processed. The deposit will go towards the final payment and will not be charged twice.

Late Arrival Policy:

In the event of late arrival it is the customers responsibility to inform the detailer one half hour before scheduled appointment. If Customer is more then one hour late it will be considered a no show and will require a 1/4 deposit to reschedule. If more than 15 minutes but less than an hour Weekend Warrior may reserve the right to drop items from the agreed upon package. 

Time is very important as Weekend Warrior's quality over quantity approach requires usually a full day to achieve the results and quality we strive for.

Limited Liability: 

We are not liable for any damage done to vehicle whatsoever while receiving service. This includes but is not limited to: theft, damage from natural disasters, vandalism, collision accident.

Polisher Burn Policy:

Sometimes when polishing a car, the clear coat may fail and leave a permanent "burn" mark. This can be caused by thin clear coat from excessive or improper polishing, sun or chemical damage, or paint fade from lack of protection. Weekend Warrior does everything possible to avoid such incidents including using more mild polishes and safer dual action buffers instead of rotary buffers. However, Weekend Warrior also claims no responsibility for burned paint and will not be held accountable for any incident. It is the customers responsibility to inform the detailer if the vehicle has been through numerous heavy polishing or improper care before being cared for by Weekend Warrior. Weekend Warrior offers special detail packages for vehicles with weak clear coats to prevent burning.

Weekend Warrior reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Quality Guarantee:

We strive for perfection, however, Weekend Warrior makes no claims that any level of detail will result in a "defect free" paint finish. If there is a concern about the finished product please bring it to the attention of the detailer and all reasonable attempts to right said problem will be made. However, some things will not be possible with the service purchased. For example, a wax job detail will not remove deep scratches that a paint correction will. Therefore, for maximum results speak to Weekend Warrior before booking a full detail.

Interior Detailing:

When receiving interior detailing any items left in the vehicle will be either disposed of or kept at detailers discretion. We will never intentionally throw an item of value away however if we mistakenly do we hold no responsibility. Items kept will be returned in the trunk of vehicle. 

Time Frame:

All services will attempt to be finished in the quoted time. However, unforeseen events may result in going over the quoted time. A courtesy call will be given one hour before scheduled pick up if pick up time will not be met.

Paint Restoration:

Clear coat restoration and touch up paint services are not an end all be all for automotive repair and do have their limitations. Please understand when booking this service that the end result may not be perfect. 

Engine Bay: 

When booking an engine bay service please do so with the full faith that the engine is not currently experiencing electrical or leaking issues. A detail procedure can make such conditions worse and possibly cause damage to my engine and other components. It is the customers responsibility to recognize if their engine is a good candidate or not. Weekend Warrior also reserves the right to not perform engine bay services on vehicles they see as unfit or in poor repair.  

Vehicle Retrieval: 

The customer understands that post detail, the vehicle will not be returned until payment has been made in full or another written agreement has been made. Weekend Warrior can hold the vehicle for up to 48 hours post completion. After 48 hours the vehicle will be released regardless of payment but a lien will be placed for the job amount. This lien will gain interest monthly until it is paid off or reaches the blue book value of the vehicle. In which case the State of California will automatically transfer ownership of the vehicle to Weekend Warrior Auto Care as compensation.
